2024 Problogger - On ProBlogger I also started running a small event for Australian bloggers back in 2010. 150 showed up to the first event in a suburban hotel with dodgy carpet and wifi. While the hotel wasn’t much to look at (it was condemned shortly after) the event was a hit and we’ve been running annual ProBlogger events ever since with up to 750 attendees.

 
Rule 1: As Few Categories As Possible. Due to my blog design, I needed to keep the number of categories down to make sure they fitted comfortably in the list.
